01Recruitment
Hire international talent who stay
We find full-time and contract employees for the roles your business depends on — in Japan or abroad — and support them from the visa application until they are settled in.
The right person, not just the next applicant
Many companies want to hire from abroad but stall on the practical questions: which visa, which documents, who meets them at the airport. We start from your business goals, then find people whose skills, Japanese level and ambitions fit the role.
The people we introduce are your direct employees from day one. Our role is to find them, prepare them, and make sure the first year goes well for both of you.
What we bring to your hiring
Real communities
We reach candidates through communities and schools — not only job boards.
Screened for the role
Skills tests, Japanese-level checks and structured interviews happen before you see a CV, so your shortlist is genuinely short.
Visa paperwork handled
We prepare the Certificate of Eligibility or change-of-status application with you and follow it through immigration.
Support after they arrive
Housing, bank account, phone, city-office registration and regular check-ins in their own language, so that good hires stay.
Roles we recruit for
Most of these roles fall under the Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services residence status. For hands-on work in the designated fields, see Specified Skilled Worker.

How recruitment works
Step 01
Understand the role
We meet you to learn the job, the team, the conditions and what success looks like after a year.
Step 02
Write the job description
Together we write a clear posting in Japanese and the candidate's language, with salary and conditions stated plainly.
Step 03
Search and screen
We reach candidates through our network, then test their skills and Japanese level and interview them before introducing anyone.
Step 04
Your interviews
You interview the shortlist in person or online. We interpret if needed and arrange every slot.
Step 05
Offer and visa
Once you make an offer we prepare the visa application with you and keep both sides updated until it is granted.
Step 06
Arrival and follow-up
We meet them on arrival, help them settle, and check in with both of you through the first year.
Questions companies ask
Something we did not cover? Ask our team
How are fees charged?
Fees are agreed in writing before we begin, in line with the fee schedule we file with the labour authorities. Candidates are never charged anything.
How long does hiring from abroad take?
Plan on roughly three to six months from the first meeting to arrival. The Certificate of Eligibility alone usually takes one to three months at immigration. Hiring someone already in Japan is often much faster.
What if the person leaves soon after joining?
Our agreement sets out in writing what happens if a hire leaves within an early period, including any refund. We also check in regularly during the first months to catch problems early.
Do candidates need to speak Japanese?
It depends on the role. Engineering and IT roles often work in English; customer-facing roles usually need conversational Japanese, around JLPT N3 or above. We test the level so you know what to expect.
