You are never charged to apply or be introduced.

My account → My profile
Step 02
Find a job
Search by city, category and Japanese level, or by what matters to you: a dormitory, meals, paid transport or visa support.
Step 03
Apply
Send your profile with a short note. Follow its status in your account, and withdraw it at any time.
My account → Applications
Step 04

The employer offers a time in person, by video call or by phone. Confirm it, or ask for another time.
My account → Interviews
Step 05
Get the offer
You are notified as soon as the employer records a decision. Upload your passport, residence card or visa once; our team reviews each one and tells you if anything needs fixing.

Step 06
Arrive and settle in
Study, the first weeks and help in your language — everything is below.
Support before and after arrival
A job offer is only the start of moving to Japan. This is what you can use on Namaste Network, from before you fly to long after your first day.
Stage 01
Before arrival
Study Japanese
Language schools and courses by city, intake and level, for study before work starts or alongside it.
Browse schoolsDocuments, uploaded once
Passport, residence card and visa are stored privately and reviewed by our team, who say exactly what to fix if one is rejected. Employers never see them.
Stage 02
The first weeks in Japan
Practical guides
Short, practical guides to the paperwork and everyday decisions of the first weeks.
- Which visa lets you work part time?
- Renting your first apartment without a guarantor
- Understanding your payslip and deductions
- Registering at your city office in the first 14 days
Stage 03

Does it cost anything?
No. You are never charged to apply for a job or to be introduced to an employer.
When does an employer see my profile?
Only when you apply to one of their jobs. There is no public list of job seekers for employers to browse.
Who can see my passport and residence card?
You, and the Namaste Network staff who review documents. Employers never see them, and every time a staff member opens one it is recorded in our audit log.
Can I withdraw an application?
Yes, at any time from your account. The employer stops seeing it, and you can apply again while the job is still open.
What happens if a document is rejected?
Our team tells you what was wrong with it, so you can upload a corrected copy instead of guessing.
How do I get help?
Start a support conversation from your account, and write in any of the six languages the site is in.
